Hello again! We have missed you so much and are incredibly grateful for your patience and support. Based on guidance by the Department of Health, we're glad to announce we are reopening for routine exams starting 5/26. Please know the safety of our patients and staff continues to be our top priority. In addition to extra cleaning and safety precautions, we've taken the additional steps below to ensure your visit is as safe and comfortable as possible. While some things in the office may look a bit different our love for our patients remains the same!
We will be open by appointment only to help maintain proper spacing and cleaning between patients. We are happy to arrange appointments for eye exams, glasses adjustments, order pick ups, or to browse for glasses.
We are implementing curbside service, by appointment, for order pick ups and glasses adjustments. This will allow patients to wait in the comfort of their vehicle or in the covered walkway just outside our front door. Please contact us beforehand to arrange a time for service; then simply call us at 425-451-7798 once you arrive.
- We kindly ask you please wear a mask or cloth face covering to your appointment. Please rest assured all staff members will be wearing masks as well.
We have transitioned to online patient intake forms and a phone check in process. Please see our Patient Check In page for some additional information. Once you arrive for your scheduled exam, please call us from your vehicle or outside. We'll then ask you a few screening questions and review your insurance benefits over the phone. We may ask you to wait a few moments before entering so we can ensure proper spacing and cleaning between visitors. We thank you for your patience. Once you enter we'll perform a quick, no contact temperature check, provide you with hand sanitizer and begin your exam right away.
We are also asking accompanying guests to please wait outside. Pediatric patients or those needing assistance are welcome to bring one accompanying guest.
We kindly ask that you postpone your visit if you, or someone you have had recent close contact with, are experiencing cold or flu symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
As always, we encourage patients to try on any frames they would like. Please simply place any glasses you try in designated trays so they can be properly cleaned and disinfected before being returned to display.
We have made some additional updates to help promote safety and limit touch points. This includes plexiglass dividers, no touch payment options, and disposable coverings for frequently touched surfaces when possible. We will also be limiting access to the office and leaving additional time between patients in order to provide a more comfortable experience for our patients.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for your support and the opportunity to provide for your eye care needs. We are looking forward to seeing you again very soon. As a local small business, we are truly grateful for your support and wish you and your loved one’s good health and wellness.
