Dr. Huang received her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Washington in 2000. She completed her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of California Berkeley School of Optometry in 2004. After graduation, she returned home to Washington to practice and opened Vision Plus Bellevue in 2014. With a friendly and relaxed approach, she enjoys taking the time to learn more about her patients and their specific visual and ocular health needs. She has a particular interest in contact lenses and the treatment of dryness and allergy related eye issues. In addition, she believes in the importance of patient centered and collaborative care.

Her optical knowledge allows her to help patients choose the best lens options for clear and comfortable vision. She also enjoys helping patients with adjustments and repairs. She has a caring and genuine approach when working with patients and is dedicated to providing top quality care.

Luba is also fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

She also has a strong background in insurance and enjoys helping patients understand and best utilize their vision benefits. Nikki is also happy to help patients with their contact lens, billing, and scheduling needs.
