Microsoft Premera Insurance Members

Microsoft Premera Insurance members receive an extra $100 (in addition to their available Microsoft Premera hardware benefit) off the purchase of a complete pair of prescription glasses (includes frames and prescription lenses).  Discount applies when completing an eye exam and purchasing glasses from our office.  Please note discount may not be combined with additional insurance plans or other promotions.

 

Private Pay Patients

Patients not using vision insurance receive 20% off the purchase of prescription glasses.  In addition, private pay patients qualify for a discounted fee on routine eye exams (includes comprehensive eye health exam and determination of your prescription).  Please note discount may not be combined with other promotions.

 

Multiple Pair Discounts

When you purchase two complete pairs of prescription glasses (includes frames and prescription lenses) on the same day, and for the same individual, receive 30% off your second pair. Please note discount may not be combined with insurance or other promotions.

 

Referral Program

We are so appreciative when our patients trust in our care enough to refer their friend or family member. As an existing patient, if you refer a new patient to our office for an eye exam, both of you will receive a $20 account credit to use towards your next eyewear purchase.
